60B9h, 68B9h Touch probe status - Axis #

The status of the two touch probes associated with an axis. The EtherCATClosedEtherCAT is an open, high-performance Ethernet-based fieldbus system. The development goal of EtherCAT was to apply Ethernet to automation applications which require short data update times (also called cycle times) with low communication jitter (for synchronization purposes) and low hardware costs or CANopen master can use this value to check if 60Bah to 60BDh contain values. If a touch probe is disabled, bit 0, then the latched bits, bits 1 and 2, are always 0.

See Touch Probes.
